Are you ready for something new? Body Be 1 Boot Camp is here for you! The Body Be 1 Bootcamp is an intense and effective workout regimen designed to challenge the cardiovascular system and larger muscles of the body using activity drills from basic military training.
Boot Camp is Fun, Diverse, Instructive and Effective this program will offer a fun way to get out of your normal exercise routine or provide a great building block to beginning a healthy lifestyle. We will offer diverse workout exercises that will change you mentally and physically. We will offer hands-on instruction to motivate you pushing your body into its maximum fitness potential. After your 30-day commitment, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! This four-week program will help you increase and improve your fitness level and body Conditioning Classes are offered weekly for 60 minutes sessions. Instructor Roland Huff, professional body builder and certified trainer will lead the class in a unique program that combines the discipline of military fitness techniques.
The 4-week camp costs $175.00 with unlimited workout sessions per week that fit your schedule.

The Boot Camp attracts people of ALL shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels! Boot Camp is ideal for anyone with a busy schedule. Often times you need to release stress, mothers want to loose baby fat, busy professionals want to get focused and receive an extra boost. This is also perfect for College, High School and Middle School students who need to get back on the right track. Well conditioned athletes will also benefit from this program taking there exercise regimen to the next level. Boot Camp is for anyone who wants something that’s new and produces RESULTS! |

DO I HAVE TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE BEFORE I JOIN? |
NO! Most recruits have some history of exercise, but it is NOT required. In order to determine your level of fitness and your limits (if any), we encourage you to seek medical clearance from a health care professional. No matter what your current fitness level is you can attend the Boot Camp. No one will be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Or, you may be better suited for personal training. This is one of the best ways to get your body ready for Boot Camp. WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISES WILL I BE DOING? |
Our program is unique drill of military training. Exercises will include: resistance training and cardiovascular exercise such as RUNNING (short distances), Push-Ups, Lunges, jumping jacks, EXTENSIVE STRETCHING, and more! We will work to distract you from the fact that you’re getting a GREAT WORKOUT! Everyday will be a completely different workout – never predictable-never boring! |

Our MISSION is to help you MAXIMIZE your own personal fitness level. Your fitness regimen is not just about a gym membership or eating the healthiest food, if you don’t have the MENTAL FOCUS- you will not MAXIMIZE your potential. Whether you stay with us for 4 weeks or 4 months, you will be armed with the CORRECT information to be successful at weight loss, improving your muscular composition, increasing your running speed or just getting rid of the self limiting behaviors that have held you back in the past. |

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INTIAL 4 WEEKS OF BOOT CAMP? |
Prior to your initial start date you will be weighed and your body fat measured. At this time you can also setup an appointment with Body Be 1 Personal Training Studio for a FREE personalized nutritional and supplement plan. During each session, we will increase the intensity while encouraging you to go further and achieve more in your fitness program. Each class will have a graduation ceremony in which certificates and gifts will be awarded. |

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO GET FROM THIS PROGRAM? |
Getting results comes from consistency and focus. It takes at least 4 to 12 weeks to make a difference in your body composition – period. NON-compliance is the ONLY thing that stands in your way of getting results. Are you going to make up excuses on why you can’t eat healthy or why you don’t have time to workout? YES! You will need a water bottle and exercise mat. You may purchase these items through Body Be 1 or get them on your own. |

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR TO BOOT CAMP? |
You should wear layers of comfortable, athletic clothing appropriate for the time of year. You should invest in a good pair of running shoes. This will make the difference in loving or hating the boot camp experience. Please leave ALL jewelry and other valuables at HOME! |

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH BOOT CAMP? |
The number of people in each course varies. During certain segments the group will be broken into smaller groups to give you more individualized attention. No one will get away with incorrect form, bad posture or hiding contraband (cookies and snacks) in their gym bag! |

I DO NOT LIKE TO RUN. DOES THIS PROGRAM INVOLVE A LOT OF RUNNING? |
Our program includes various types of conditioning exercises along with running (short distances). However, our program is as challenging as you want it to be. We encourage everyone to go at his or her own pace. We’ll give you a "push" when we feel you are ready Although running is one of the best ways to burn calories, strengthen your cardiovascular system and to lose inches—you can walk, fast walk, spring or jog anytime you to need to and still get great results. Being that we cater to people of all fitness levels, we’ll design exercises for you that won’t make you feel like the "back of the pack." |

I’M NOT SURE IF I CAN FIND THE TIME TO MAKE IT TO BOOT CAMP SO EARLY IN THE MORNING. I HAVE KIDS, I HAVE TO GET MY SPOUSE OFF TO WORK, I WORK TILL LATE AT NIGHT AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON, ANY ADVICE? |
As the Commander of the Body Be 1 Boot Camp, I have one word to say to you: SABOTAGE! You can give yourself 100 reasons why it can’t be done when in fact, there are about 2000 reasons why it CAN be done and why it will be the best thing you’ve EVER done for your mental and physical health! I’ll ask you one question: HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? Once you make YOURSELF the first priority on your "to do list" – everything else will fall into place. |

Depending on your fitness goals, schedule and physical level you can attend as little as 1 session per week or as many as 3. IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ADULTS ONLY? |
Depending on the maturity level of the young adult, they may be eligible to workout in the adult boot camp as long as a guardian is in the program too. We encourage parents to workout with their children. It is a great bonding experience. |

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO MISS A FEW DAYS DUE TO VACATION AND/OR BEING SICK? |
You’ll be happy to know that you can makeup ALL of your missed days! you may make them up in a later that day or within the same week. |

CAN YOU JOIN AFTER A COURSE HAS ALREADY STARTED? |
YES. However you’ll get the most out of this program by starting with the other recruits. You are allowed to make up any days that you might miss be starting the program late. |
