Roland

Born in Camden, Alabama on September 24, 1963, Mr. Roland Huff is the tenth child of twelve children. After high school Roland pursued a career in the United States Army and eventually retired as Sergeant First Class after 20 years of service. During his tenure in the Army, Roland attended Western State University in Springfield, Missouri where he acquired a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. He was also certified as a master fitness instructor during this period.

After leaving the military, Roland worked as a Training Director for Planet Fitness in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This inspired him to open his own personal training studio. Having a passion for fitness, health, and whole body wellness Roland opened Body Be 1 Personal Training Studio in September 2001. In 2004 Roland and his family moved to Georgia. Pursing his vision in the fitness industry, Roland decided to venture out and open Body Be 1 Personal Training Studio August 1, 2004 in Columbus, Georgia.  

Roland Huff has been a personal trainer for 15 years and has competed in bodybuilding contests for over 14 years. He has established himself as a leader in the bodybuilding world with his outstanding physique and by openly communicating his training values to others. Roland Huff is the only International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) Pro Bodybuilder in Columbus, Georgia. In an effort to excel in fitness and passion to enforce training, nutrition, and health supplement usage, Roland motivates individuals to realize their most profound personal and fitness potential. He places his focus on health and training, not having the "perfect body.” Roland’s personalized training centers solely on you reaching your maximum potential. As a former Drill Sergeant and Master Fitness Instructor Roland knows the importance of physical and mental training. His most important tool is making fitness fun, where clients are able to make a lifelong commitment to getting fit, and staying fit!

Through all of his accomplishments and success Roland thanks God for his guidance and directions. Roland has been married to his beautiful wife and friend of 24 years Shirley, to this unite they have three kids Roland Jr., Anfernee & Ebonee.
